Contractors beware!!, they do not cover any repairs. They do not pay contractors, even on pre authorized repairs. They dodge and deflect everything. I recommend learning from the countless other contractors they have used . They owe tons of unpaid invoices. Choice Home Warranty rebranded as Rely. They owe us about $500 in unpaid invoices. They came up with every reason not to pay. 1 year later, they still owe us for past invoices. They dont cover anything from a consumer standpoint either
