When I get a `change.patch` file that could not be opened with this app. The only solution I found was to rename the patch file to use the `.diff` extension. After that it opens it perfectly. It must be an easy one to fix. Please consider updating it since some open-source projects are using such `.patch` files. LLVM projects is one of them. Please, reach me out.
