2026-09-16	Vi*****	Every time I’ve used Maple, they end up telling me to go in person instead of actually helping virtually. What’s the point then? Most of the interaction is just texting, and it feels rushed and scripted. The doctors don’t show much empathy and often don’t even seem to read my history before giving advice. For a service that’s supposed to be convenient virtual care, it feels more like a barrier than a solution.

Sat there for hours and left after the nurses told me that I was safe to just go to a clinic the following day. multiple healthcare professionals seemed confused by the maple practitioners advice. at the very least patients should be entitled to at least speak to a practitioner. very disappointed

They will charge you the full appointment fee and cancel your appointment a full 2 days in advance because you did not meet their deadline for submitting supporting information, even if you are ready, available, and able to provide everything before the appointment. You can be fully prepared and present for your scheduled appointment, yet lose the appointment and your money!
