dr notes aren't available for 24 hours, which is useless because my doctor said don't worry about writing things down, you'll have access to them after this call. guess what? I should of indeed wrote it down. big area for improvement here. speedy access, but 24hrs when I need to know what he suggested as I'm going out right now and I have nothing to work with. BIG FLAW.

I've had two appointments via the app. Both had no technical issues and were easy to manage. I've connected with a great Dr. Such a great service to have in AB, where it can be so difficult to access support in a timely manner.
