2026-05-22	E *****	Rather fiddly to use but when set usually reliable - nothing is perfect - I have used it for years when caravanning all over Europe and solo in a number of States in the US Agreeing the correct exit from roundabouts can be a little uncertain but when towing and being particularly anxious not to take the wrong exit I would simply go round twice. Not a huge downer compared to the overall usefulness of the facility

2026-05-17	Di*****	What a hassle for HGV. I'm willing to pay for decent truck navigation . But it doesn't give the option for only UK driving without having to purchase other EU maps . The street/place name search is purchase only. So for me, its pointless paying for an app, that may not be any good for my job. Can't try for a day before purchase. pointless using it as a standard car navigation app, Google maps covers that. But this app requires payment for that. Zero stars

A minus star for three(3) reasons: a)map update actually represents one(1) month old OSM data, b)after map update, disabled links are reset. Restore function doesn't help, aka disabled links function is useless if you want up-to-date maps, c)turn-by-turn instructions frequently are chaotic, tells you to turn although you simply have to keep on the main route. What's the point to go straight on a dirt road, or why to turn on a minor road?

Audio and visual issues — Confusing beeps and unclear visuals. The danger indicator is tiny and unexplained, offering no clue about what the danger actually is. Overall, it adds stress instead of helping you drive safely.

2026-05-14	ro*****	I have the tom tom maps upgrade but I have issues downloading updates. I have to use a hot-spot off my phone to do that, but on big files I can only download part and then download fails. I know its not a problem with the app its my Internet connection, but it would be very useful if you could extend the timeout before the download fails, for when the download is slow?
