Major downsides are the licensing model and map costs, language/region gaps (no Arabic/Middle East support), outdated/inaccurate map data in multiple regions, and some post-update technical issues (GPS/voice/login). Post-update issues: GPS problems when using direction, broken voice commands, login problems after updates (Google login removed)
Outdated UI/UX: interface feels primitive and dated, not user-friendly

Recent reviews

Use T500 3G,lifetime licence. After last update can not download any maps, got notice Map is unsupported or Map is obsolete. Wrote to support till now any answer.
