2. Buy a digital thermometer or basal body temperature thermometer .
Everyday morning enter your temperature to the app .It is a manual process as Gen1 device is manually entering temperature into the app.
To get the best result out of it ,everyday morning you must do a test from above cycle length as per table.
Result indicator
Negative - means you are NOT at peak fertile
Positive - Means your are at PEAK fertile

If you test further for that cycle result will be “Already ovulation marked “

3. Before starting a new cycle ,clear the previous results by clicking “CLEAR RESULT BUTTON” at the top right corner of the screen and REPEAT THE SAME TESTING PROCESS.
