Mama Mia Kitchen

Mama Mia Kitchen is an offline planning workspace for catering quotes, menu services, and recipe costing.

Use the app to:
- Browse and favorite a built-in catering service catalog
- Create, edit, duplicate, delete, search, filter, and update quote records
- Enter ingredient quantities and unit costs with packaging, labor, overhead, portions, and selling price
- Calculate batch cost, cost per portion, food-cost percentage, gross margin, and a suggested price based on a target food-cost percentage
- Save recipe calculations locally and review calculation history
- Review company information and open external dialer, email, or map apps

All records are stored in a local SQLite database. The app begins with sample services, quotes, recipes, team profiles, and milestones. Revenue summaries and costing results are derived from stored or user-entered values; they are not live sales, market prices, or guaranteed profits.
