2024-10-22	De*****	The user interface is great however, it can't keep it's connection to the base to save it's life. Toggling Bluetooth, clearing cache, deleting & reinstalling, giving it unrestricted battery usage, nothing fixes it. Our $3k base should have all of its advertised functionality and I feel like we're missing the phone control, a big selling point. Why is this so difficult? Our BedJets have pulled this off reliably for over 5 years. Please make this a reliable feature.

2024-10-20	Br*****	Haven't found a device this app works on. I have tried 2 different phones, and a tablet, all 3 it says this app doesn't work for your device. My remote quit working, and I now have to pay $104 for a replacement instead of being able to use the app. When I contacted Malouf, it took them 3 days to get back to me, and gave vague answers basically telling me they won't help me. Very disappointed in this company, but I guess that is what I get for buying Chinese

2024-03-09	Sa*****	I am very disappointed in the app. As many others have said, it is a pain to set it all up, test it and it works right then, but never connects after. I spent a lot on the M455 base for snore detection. Has not worked one time. I can use the remote for basic features, but no timer on massage, no snore detection so I have to go get my husband's remote to move his side when he's snoring. Defeats the purpose of this app!!

2023-10-15	Re*****	I paired my new base (S755 Split California King which is a ripoff with the useless "Reach Assist") & used it for one night. The next night, I attempted to raise the head of my side of the bed, & nothing. I try other settings & the app does nothing. It also doesn't tell you it's disconnected, it just sits there uselessly taking up space. I finally used the remote to raise the bed, but since I can't reach my nightstand once it's raised, this has become an extremely expensive flat platform.

The next night, I attempted to raise the head of my side of the bed, & nothing. I try other settings & the app does nothing. 2023-08-15	Kr*****	I have to uninstall and reinstall each time I want to use it. One night, while the bed was in the lounge position the batteries in the remote went dead. I had no other batteries in the house. All I had was the app on my phone and of course it didn't work. Uninstall and reinstall again. August 13 update. I noticed an app update. I updated the app and now it won't even pair at all.

The app is good when it's working, but it is a fight to get it to work, it either just doesn't do anything or says it's having connectivity issues, & this is multiple times daily. Wish there was a longer setting with the massage, especially since most of the time, once it is done, it can't be restarted since the app stops working that often. The remotes stopped working as well & the battery covers are low quality, so we have an expensive bed that doesn't do its job.

2023-01-29	Le*****	In theory, I couldn't live without this app. In practice, I have to reconnect / re-pair the app and the bed base every time I use it, multiple times a day. Unfortunately, it's not useful as a remote for the bed base, which is it's only function. I hope to change this review soon when the app works properly.

2022-11-30	Ma*****	When it works, it's amazing. To bad it only works maybe once a month, if you're lucky. I got an S655 and i think I've been able to use the app maybe 4 times in the last 6 months since i bought it. It almost never connects, and when it does, immediately disconnects after a few minutes.

Regardless of getting it to connect, it won't let me adjust my settings. I want to adjust my zero gravity saved setting and only once was I close to getting it to correctly recognize the bed and even allow me to open the settings but then I couldn't actually make any adjustments!

2022-08-08	Ce*****	The app continually disconnects from the bedframe. I'm still able to use the remote but I always have my phone right there so it's so much easier. I wouldn't recommend this app since you either have to delete and reinstall or redo the whole bed setup almost every day. I always stay up to date on apps so I know that's not the problem either.
