Users appreciate that the app controls the base and that the motion-light feature and initial setup work well for some. Major recurring problems are unreliable Bluetooth/connection behavior, a persistent forced firmware-update loop, app crashes/bugs, and limited/buggy motion-light controls (no timer/scheduling). These issues appear across many reviews and drive most complaints.

Like other reviews. Sometimes it connects Sometimes it doesn't. It did connect once so i dont understand why it doesn't remember the bed frame. Connects no problem on ny wife's android phone. Is there a Samsung problem? Using the QR code did not work as well as entering the code manually.
