The Community Development and Empowerment Program Control and Monitoring Information System (SIMOREGAM) is intended as a means or media of information containing the 8 aspects of the PPM Program for mining companies in Central Halmahera Regency, East Halmahera Regency and South Halmahera Regency which includes: education, social culture, health, environment, real income or employment levels, economic independence, community institutions and infrastructure.
