SIM-BATIK (Building and Engineering Monitoring Information System) is a mobile application that facilitates faster, more accurate, and integrated monitoring, monitoring, and reporting of technical building activities. This application is designed to support the work of SUPERVISORS, BALAI (Regional Governments), LOCAL GOVERNMENTS, and DEVELOPERS within the SIPETRUK ecosystem.

With SIM-BATIK, the field monitoring process is simplified because important information can be accessed directly from a mobile phone, eliminating the need to return to the office to input or view data.

Account Management & Access Rights
Secure login according to user roles, such as SUPERVISORS, BALAI (Regional Governments), and DEVELOPERS. Each role can only access menus and data relevant to their tasks.

Housing & Building Monitoring
View a list of housing and buildings subject to supervision, including developer information, number of units, inspection status, and other important information.
Maps & Locations
Supports map display to view the location of housing or other supervised objects. This makes it easier for users to identify the position of buildings in the field and navigate to the location.
Field Recording & Inspections
Supports digital entry of inspection results and simple forms, making the documentation process more orderly and faster, and reducing the risk of data loss.
Photo Documentation
Take photos directly from the device's camera to attach evidence of field conditions, such as construction progress, technical findings, or before-and-after repair documentation.
Real-Time Notifications
Push notifications help users quickly receive important information, such as process status, account information, or feature updates. Users can set notification preferences according to their needs.
Synchronization with the SIPETRUK System
Data entered through the application is connected to the SIPETRUK backend system (via an official API), so the information displayed on mobile devices and the central system remains consistent and coordinated.
Security & Authentication
The application uses a token mechanism to secure user login sessions. Sensitive data such as passwords are not stored in plain text on the device.
