As a breathing-relaxation program for children and adolescents, it contains techniques to immediately notice the physical and mental experiences occurring at this moment and practice concentration. A mindfulness meditation-based program aimed at adults, it includes techniques for accepting the experience of the body and mind as they are without judging them. By accepting the experience as it is, it helps to reduce psychological difficulties such as depression, anxiety, and stress.

As a guide for those who are having a hard time due to a disaster experience, it contains ways to calm your mind from various physical, emotional, and behavioral changes that you can commonly experience after experiencing a disaster.

For beginners, the terms breath-relaxation techniques, mindfulness, and stabilization techniques can be awkward and unfamiliar. If you are unsure of how to start, prepare by referring to the mind preparation space.

2) Relaxation
This is a collection of mindful breathing-relaxation techniques. You can freely select and practice the techniques you want to practice.

3) Mind Companion
This is a collection of stabilization techniques. You can select and practice psychological first aid necessary when you are in trouble due to a disaster or sudden accident.

4) Maum connection (program type)
It is a space that reproduces the natural product and the meeting of the food program as it is in the application. If it is difficult to participate in the program in person, you can try it out by yourself using the Maum Ieum space.
