Worst customer support I've experienced. When problems come up, Lyra often blames employers or therapists before later finding the issue was on its end. Meaningful help usually requires escalation; otherwise, responses feel canned and unhelpful. Patients are often left coordinating between Lyra, employers, and providers. For a mental health benefit, the support experience is surprisingly stressful.
