The app also connects with LYEONS Heart, a rhythm-based device that supports physiological regulation through personalised sensory pacing, helping the body settle and regain a sense of calm when it is needed most.

The app supports connection with the LYEONS Heart, allowing users to personalise sensory rhythms, pacing, and intensity on the device. Different rhythms can feel different for each person, and settings can be adjusted to suit the moment.

The Journal offers a place to capture thoughts, emotions, and experiences in the moment. Entries can be brief or reflective, structured or free-form, supporting both quick check-ins and deeper reflection. Over time, this can help build awareness of patterns and changes in how different moments feel.

Questionnaire Hub
The Questionnaire Hub supports gentle wellbeing check-ins, allowing you to record how you are feeling at different points in time. These check-ins are designed to help capture instant views, notice trends, and create a clearer picture of your emotional landscape, either for yourself, or to share when needed.
