Horrible, it crash and does not work, I have an annual pass and the app doesn't allowed me to take any bike or doesn't show the map. Very frustrating.

I tried taking out 2 bikes for the day. It appeared to offer that option which I checked. It would not let me take out more than 1 bike. very frustrating. I got charged multiple times though.
