WHY IS IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL YOUR MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP THROUGH THE APP? Why is it not at the same place where you can buy memberships? Or in "my account"? Or anywhere? Do I really need to go outside of the app to do so?
