MyLyfeLine is a personal safety and emergency response app built to help people get help faster when every second matters.

In an emergency, you should not have to search for the right number, explain where you are, or repeat critical information while you are scared, injured, lost, or unable to speak. MyLyfeLine brings emergency access, live location sharing, family alerts, safety intelligence, and responder-ready information into one simple app.

With MyLyfeLine, users can trigger an SOS for medical emergencies, police assistance, fire emergencies, roadside assistance, and other urgent situations. The app uses a clear one-tap emergency flow so a user can request help quickly and share essential details with the people and providers who need them most.

When an SOS is activated, MyLyfeLine can share the user’s live location, emergency type, selected emergency contacts, and relevant safety profile information. This helps responders and trusted family members understand what is happening faster, reduces confusion, and gives first responders more actionable information before they arrive.

MyLyfeLine also supports automatic crash detection. If the app detects signs of a serious vehicle crash, it can help initiate an emergency alert and share the user’s location so help can be directed to the incident even when the user may be injured, disoriented, or unable to make a call.

For medical emergencies, MyLyfeLine supports vitals monitoring through compatible connected devices and platforms, including heart rate and blood oxygen readings where available. During an active emergency, these vitals may be shared with first responders alongside the user’s location and emergency details. This helps responders see more than just a location pin and gives them additional context about the user’s condition.

MyLyfeLine is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease and does not replace professional medical care, emergency services, or clinical judgment. Vitals data is provided as supporting emergency context only. Medical decisions remain the responsibility of qualified healthcare professionals.

The app also helps protect families. Users can add trusted emergency contacts, send family alerts, share live location during active emergencies, and use family safety tools to support loved ones when they may be unable to call for themselves.

MyLyfeLine includes flood warning and disaster awareness tools designed to help users stay ahead of predictable emergencies. The app can provide flood-risk information, danger-zone awareness, route guidance, and alerts that help users make safer decisions before or during severe weather events.

Because emergencies do not always happen when the internet is strong, MyLyfeLine is designed with backup communication in mind. Where supported, the app can use fallback channels such as SMS, phone calls, WhatsApp alerts, GPRS-style emergency messaging, and low-connectivity workflows to help keep emergency communication moving.

MyLyfeLine also supports roadside assistance use cases, including breakdowns, towing needs, flat tyres, dead batteries, lockouts, and other urgent mobility problems.
