2024-12-31	Ke*****	Simply doesn't function. Fails to connect to group. Stuck in limbo. Will not respond to touches, will not reset. Android and iOS apps both don't setup the device successfully. 20 years in IT here guys. This is junk. Help website is beyond useless. Who TF thought 3 to 5 minutes holding down a zero tactical feedback "button" to reset (which it doesn't) was even close to sane?

2024-12-31	Li*****	a family span of boomers to alpha.... we're all able to be connected. we have experienced a few app issues, connection issues and overall the support has been stellar. quick, concise...for our family this has been a fun way to connect . we think an optional tone option would be awesome, it's a slight bummer that Alot of the features require smartphone app usage, but generally we really like it.

2024-10-07	S *****	I purchased two of these lamps. I love the idea, but they've never worked very well. The lamp often turns on by itself. My friend was here for a visit and suddenly my lamp lit up. We actually thought someone had broken into her home. Then my lamp stopped receiving messages. I contacted the company and they thought it was the power source. I did everything they recommended, reset it, change the wire, change the adapter, update the software and it still doesn't work.

2024-07-25	Jo*****	Updated firmware and now swirl and storm don't work. It pulses. Need more color codes. Why no white? When I initially set up, it was avail. Also, in group history, some lines say the other person sent message, not what the color means. Some of our colors are so close we need to know what it means.

2024-06-03	J *****	I want so much to love this lamp, but I'm afraid it is not worth what they ask for it. The features don't work properly. The sleep timer still allows the lamp to flow as if you never put in a time. The dimmer function is still too bright, even at the lowest level. (I sleep with it in my bedroom. My daughter works night shifts, so she frequently sends during her shift. I get notified on my phone.) The help function doesn't verify. You have to send a separate email. List goes on, but it's 3am..

2024-02-04	Sa*****	Every so often my phone restarts itself, like there's a glitch, and I notice it happens more frequently when there is an app update. Not sure if it's an anomaly or if it's happening to more people than just me... but we love that we can connect with family 3,000 miles away!

2024-01-15	Ma*****	Got this for our oldest son who left for college. These things are a REALLY expensive lamp light. They don't work at all. Says it has to update firmware, never does. Doesn't connect at all. I'm extremely disappointed. Now we have to wait months to get the other one back from our son and plan on returning these. GREAT idea, extremely poor product...zero stars if it was possible...

However, now I don't even see the lamp light up or receive notifications unless I open the app itself to send my own color. Once I open the app I get notices that I've received a color but they could be colors that were sent hours earlier, or if they were recent, the lamp itself doesn't always light up. 2023-12-02	Je*****	I actually really love these. My family members all have one, so we can "keep in touch" at a tap. It'sgreat for the little ones, too. I'm only giving it 4 starts instead of 5 because switching from the old setup to the new app was a P.A.I.N.!! I'm not sure what will happen if we ever lose power and have to do it again.
