Lumo - Personal Loan is a personal financial services app for users in Colombia. Through the platform, users can find information about personal loan products, complete their application online, and access related services digitally.

Our goal is to offer a clear, organized, and transparent process so that each user can understand the main terms and conditions before confirming their application.

All loan terms are subject to the corresponding evaluation and the information displayed on the confirmation screen and in the final contract.

How to use Lumo

1. Download the app.

2. Register an account with your personal mobile phone number.

3. Complete your personal information.

4. View the available loan options.

5. Review the terms and submit your application.

6. If the application is approved, the funds will be disbursed to your personal bank account.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. All applications are subject to validation, risk analysis, and a final evaluation result.

Loan Information

* Loan Amount: From COP 50,000 to COP 2,500,000.

The available amount will depend on your credit profile, income level, repayment capacity, information provided, and the evaluation result.

* Loan Term: From 91 to 180 days.

* Daily Interest Rate: Up to 0.06%.

* Annual Interest Rate: Up to 24%.

* Prepayment: Early repayment is permitted without additional charges.

* Disbursement Method: Once the application is approved, the funds will be deposited into a bank account in the applicant's name.

In addition to interest, the total cost of the loan may include applicable fees or service charges. All costs will be fully disclosed before the application is confirmed.

The final loan amount, term, interest rate, and applicable fees will be determined based on the applicant's information, the risk assessment, and the approval result. The final terms and conditions will be those indicated on the confirmation screen and in the final contract.

Representative Example

To help users understand the cost of the loan, we present the following example:

* Loan amount: COP 100,000.

* Term: 91 days.

* Daily interest rate: 0.06%.

Interest Calculation:

* Daily interest: COP 100,000 × 0.06% = COP 60.
* Total interest: COP 60 × 91 days = COP 5,460.

* Total amount due: COP 105,460.

Application Requirements

To apply for a loan through Lumo, the user must meet, among others, the following requirements:

* Be over 18 years of age.

* Have a valid Colombian identity document.

* Provide true, complete, and up-to-date information.

* Have a personal bank account in their name.

* Have a stable source of income.

Meeting these requirements does not guarantee loan approval. Final approval will depend on the corresponding validation and evaluation process.
