No clarity on when bonus coins, 5x, and 10x coins will be credited, being a Plus member. Going by the responses to user reviews, you appear to be either a bot or an illiterate. Instead of responding relevantly, you throw a standard response of connecting personally. PAYBACK was way better. I suggest you ZILLION back to PAYBACK.

2024-10-11	Vi*****	Worst app as doesn't inform the customer about points going to expire on this particular date before expiring those. Really a bad customer experience and their customer support calls are chargeable which is absolutely rubbish. Customers can't reach them easily.

I had to pay unnecessary charges to my credit card just because of the fraud app. In case you want to connect to customer care. The call is not free, there are special rates to pay and then they will keep your call on hold for 15-20 minutes.. A big fraud Making you pay for subscription without any your request and then making money when you call them. FRAUD!!
