2025-01-18 | Great for making a shopping list! The aisle/bin information makes it very easy to find what you need. Multiple lists for different projects is excellent. 4 stars because I find the search function difficult at times. It seems very sensitive to word order in the search string. | ||
2025-01-12 | Can't order more than one time in a short period. Several times working on a project. I would order something I needed. As the project moves along I wish to place other orders for additional items. Nope. The app freezes the process. Wants to send a code. Denies the code entry and then it just simply won't let you order. Also, it should be made clearer to us when only part of the order is here. It should also stop sending threats of cancelation when the order isn't completely ready. | ||
2025-01-11 | This is a pretty good app. my only complaint is that there are some areas that have a long load time from the time you click to the time it begins to load. In other areas, it goes to the next page quickly, but then takes a moment to load the information in. For example, when you click to navigate to the page where it shows information about pickup and shipping of your order. Once you click on an icon to get information about, it takes a moment to switch over to that tab and put up the info. | ||

The order was delayed yet again and the point. S still don't show my account. The order doesn't show app on my account. Nobody at Lowe's has a clue how to fix it. If they want to cancel and reorder. 2025-01-05 | Worst in app check out experience - you add things to the cart, then it makes you create an account. Upon creating and signing into your account, all items in your cart clear. Once you get them all added back in, you go to add your credit card. You have no saved addresses so you have to exit that screen, go to the next step to add an address, then return to the card screen to select the address you just added. | ||
2025-01-03 | Serious connectivity issues with customer support. The customer support agents themselves were absolutely excellent, but I was constantly being disconnected and completely removed from the chat. Messages were not showing up from the agent, and I had to try several times just to have a single question answer. The app itself is terrible. Not showing my order history but browser is. 2024-12-29 | There is so much unnecessary loading because of the big box company trying to sell anything and everything to you on one page that the app can barely run. It constantly crashes and just loads indefinitely, and you will go crazy if you try to use it for more than 5 minutes at a time. The Home Depot app is not much better but is definitely less glitchy than this trash! I'll be shopping at whichever big box store has a better running app, which right now is most definitely Home Depot! | ||
2024-12-28 | Before now, I have always been able to access the Lowes app, but for the last week I have been able to look at anything or search anything. I un-installed and reinstalled but still won't work correctly. I went into the store and connected to the lowes customer wifi and it worked fine. But other than that I cannot get it to work on my phone or on my personal computer at home. It's frustrating! | ||
2024-12-27 | This lowes app requires a 2nd app like Chrome to log in. The past several years Im having to log back into the lowes app (with extra steps) evey time im somehow been logged out. It seems every time there's a app update I'm also having to log back in. Its annoying that when I want to use the app (while in store) I've got to go through this logging back into my account issues. I question if the switching of the stores wifi & my phones data service is somehow flagging this account issue. | ||
2024-12-26 | Price order was not right and was complicated getting everything set up with my military discount. extremely confusing and I have to go to the store to make sure I get the right payment for what I bought. it showed up higher than it should have again subtotal and total with tax. don't add up |
