2026-08-07	ge*****	I think I think Lowe's has really improved their stores I'm a regular customer there for the longest time there was a lot of people that just didn't care but they seem to have hired people that actually do. today was a trying day they were super busy and everybody step their game up and did what they needed to do.

2026-08-07	Da*****	I ordered a lumber delivery. Half the delivery was put on the truck and half was left at the store for pickup. I never wanted pickup. That is why I selected and paid for delivery. Now I have to pay to have the rest of the order to be delivered. I tried to call the store to fix it but I couldn't get past the AI on the phone. The app and the store are both trash. I have had nothing but problems with this store. They don't consider their customers AT ALL. It is pathetic.

I am a Construction manager and we spent a ton of money with lLowes, So I shop with Lowes thru out the Southeast. this Lowes I have shop in and I get upset ever time. it's further away but I usually drive to the Pace location, because of the terrible service you get at the Crestview location.
