Create customer records with contact details, notes, tags, follow-up dates, and activity history.

Track jobs from estimate through approval, active work, completion, payment, and receipt creation. Keep job photos, signatures, pricing, appointments, and customer information connected to the work they belong to.

APPOINTMENTS AND VISIT TRACKING

Schedule appointments by day, week, or month and link them to customers and jobs.

Use business-specific scheduling rules for appointment duration, time intervals, simultaneous capacity, and overlapping appointment behavior.

Track field visits with En route, Arrived, and Finished times, with time on site calculated from the recorded visit times.

JobFrame also includes appointment reminders, Today’s Appointments, after-appointment follow-up, and clear appointment status tracking.

ESTIMATES, PAYMENTS, CHANGE ORDERS, AND RECEIPTS

Build itemized estimates, revise them when work changes, and record customer approval.

Record partial and final payments while keeping actual money received separate from planned payment schedules.

Create payment schedules for deposits, milestones, progress payments, fixed dates, final payments, and other agreed payment terms.

Use governed Change Orders to track approved additions or deductions without silently rewriting the original approved contract.

Create detailed, summary, or payment receipts for completed work.

Issued estimate and receipt records are preserved so later corrections to customer or job information do not silently rewrite historical documents.

JOB PHOTOS

Organize Before, Progress, and After photos for each job.

Add captions, connect photos to appointments, review them inside JobFrame, and share selected original photos with customers.

PHONE CONTACTS

Import a selected phone contact when creating a customer, then review the information before saving it to JobFrame.

You can also send customer information to your phone’s Add Contact screen. JobFrame does not perform background contact syncing.

VOICE ASSISTANT AND AUDIO NOTES

Use natural-language voice commands to search JobFrame, hear spoken responses, and create customers, jobs, and appointments with confirmation before records are saved.

Record Audio Notes and keep them linked to customers, jobs, appointments, and estimates so important spoken information stays connected to the work.

REPORTS AND EXPORTS

Export customer and job information when needed.

Appointment schedules can be exported as CSV or as Day, Week, and Month PDF reports.

LOCAL-FIRST RECORDS AND BACKUPS

JobFrame keeps your working records on your device and provides backup, restore, and export tools so you remain in control of your business data.

JobFrame supports English, Spanish, French, German, Hindi, Urdu, Persian, Pashto, Brazilian Portuguese, and Arabic.

Arabic, Urdu, Persian, and Pashto include right-to-left layouts designed for those writing systems.
