Your customer support responds and acts quickly especially when you sent money to the wrong person and you need a reversal. Am planning to start using loop specifically for my savings 🌹🌹

2026-05-17	Al*****	Was an early user when loop launched, but after the UI/UX changes, I just couldn't use it anymore, who recommended orange to be the primary color? It's too loud. Ooh, and old guy when launching the app, smh! The app feels like Jumia, very cluttered with nonsense you don't need.
