PrehabM is your digital companion for so-called prehabilitation. Our app offers a scientifically based,
multimodal program that you can conveniently complete from home. The goal is to increase your resilience
and prepare you as well as possible for the upcoming strain. The app was developed in close collaboration
with leading prehabilitation physicians.

To achieve the best possible effect, we recommend using the app for a period of 2 to 6 weeks before your
planned procedure. Use this time actively for your health!
