Users repeatedly praise the app’s tracking of environmental impact and rewards and its easy access to refills/info, plus basic cycle notifications. Major complaints are persistent connectivity/pairing failures, the app acting mostly as web links with limited device control, frequent UI bugs/crashes or uncloseable popups, and account/device management or compatibility problems.

Recent reviews

Too inconsistent to be very helpful. It installs on phones, but only on some tablets, for no apparent reason. I installed it on my wife's new Galaxy S10 Ultra and it installed fine. When I tried to install it on my S9 Ultra, or S9+, it says that the app is not compatible with this device. Also, looking on the app for what you can put in the Lomi 2 takes you to your mobile browser on their website, which says, to find this information, download the app... Useless endless loop!

I like the lomi,but I can't say the dirt it makes looks anything like the ads. if you don't incorporate the eco-express soil with your regular soil, it is gummy. Also, the customer service is lacking, and the website and app are not user-friendly. I went to my cart to try to change my order, and it won't let me. Not sure if I would buy it if I knew all this ahead of ordering.
