Just Progress Ai Fitness Coach

Private, on-device AI Fitness & Nutrition Coach — free while the app is in beta! The Coach lives on your phone. Powered by Google DeepMind’s Gemma 4 E2B, running on your device. Modern on-device AI, released March 31, 2026.

Build healthier habits with practical daily steps and an AI Coach you can talk to. Explore movement, food, sleep, strength and everyday wellbeing at a pace that fits your life.

TALK OR TYPE TO YOUR AI COACH
Ask why a step matters, explore an alternative or talk through a general wellness question. Full Voice Mode lets you speak naturally, hear replies, mute the microphone and end the conversation when you choose.

After a separate optional model download of about 2.59 GB, Coach generates answers on your phone. Typed Coach conversations are not sent to an online AI provider. Response speed and model availability depend on your device. Voice input uses your phone's speech service, which may process audio online. Local Coach voices are available; installed phone voices may behave differently.

A PERSONAL PATH, ONE STEP AT A TIME
Answer a few questions to shape a path of 100 practical steps. Work through manageable sets of ten, learn why each action matters and choose an alternative when a step does not fit. Your answers help shape what comes next. Miss a day and your progress stays.

- Short reward games after each set of ten completions
