2026-07-10	Ja*****	The app seems to function ok. The one simple feature i WISH it had is the ability to just Unlock a door for X hours. I dont like using Welcome mode because I have to set a a window for a specific day and time and if I forgot to shut it off, I now a door that Is unlocked when I dont want it to be. it would be voodoo simple for them to add a small hour:minute dialog box next to the Lock/Unlock button that lets you quickly set hour many hours and minutes you want to have the door unlocked.

This locke is hackable. and camera, it doesn't work after ten seconds, which is diabolical, because you need a camera to work when there's any movement, not any movement after ten seconds, the stupidity of these people. so much for trying to protect your home

2026-04-15	my*****	This door lock is exceptional. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is sometimes it won't accept the codes and won't unlock the door. Also, the app works but it's a bit confusing about locking/unlocking the door. it says locked but open...? When you get to the unlock/locked emoji of a door, even though it is locked the emoji door is flashing an open door...

2026-02-20	As*****	My device isn't automatically locking all of a sudden. Battery life is at 70% and relock time is set to 30 seconds. I received a notification at midnight stating the door was unlocked then locked. It was unlocked around 3 pm and it never latched until midnight. Not safe at all and a bit shocking after years of use.
