Reservation cancellation policy:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur which may cause you to need to cancel your reservation. Therefore, we offer you a flexible cancellation policy that takes these circumstances into consideration. Here are the details of the cancellation policy:

If you cancel your booking 5 hours before the scheduled booking time, you will get a full refund.

If you cancel your reservation within 5 hours of booking, half of the total amount of the reservation will be deducted, and the remaining half will be refunded to you.

Please note that refunds will be processed using the same method of original payment. Refund can take a certain time depending on the policies of banks or financial service providers.
