App charged me for the wrong seat type. App would not let me change to another preferred seat after purchasing. App tried to charge me again for changing seats. Agent at service desk confirmed this. Always something with Austrian Airlines.

Won't even show or connect to the reservation I made while signing up. And the search function SUCKS - the results are shown in a completely useless order, and they include TRAIN connections if you want it or not.
