Recent reviews

Checked-in twice via the app and got a successful check-in confirmation but no boarding pass is veing issued. really annoying that you have to be at the airport earlier just to get the boarding pass. Even the crappiest airlines manage to get online check-in to work properly but not Austrian. obviously there is no information and no easy support to reach in time. just avoid this airline if you can

There are constant bugs with changing the assigned seats. I needed a seat change on two of my previous flights and the app didn't let me - presented me with a non-informative error message or simply didn't acknowledge my seat change. I ended up calling the hotline both times, and luckily they did help me resolve the issue, but the fact that you cannot handle it via the app is frustrating.
