I wish I could give a negative 10. First received device and paid for it. They sent a faulty tablet, and didn't receive a new tablet or a obd connection to start but still was charged first month. No longer needed service and they told me signing for the device came with contract. To cancel early is 375. Beware!

Ro*****, 2025-01-14Absolutely awful it's one of the worst log books to use I can't even get the camera to respond with anything done everything to the directions accordingly it is God awful to use. So if you're not text Savvy or anything like that I wouldn't even mess with this. Check engine lights come on can't even diagnose him since it's got Diagnostics doesn't I don't know what to do it tells you every alert or whatever else you know absolutely perfect if a company wants to completely micromanage their driver
