2025-01-14	Ro*****	I wish I could give a negative 10. First received device and paid for it. They sent a faulty tablet, and didn't receive a new tablet or a obd connection to start but still was charged first month. No longer needed service and they told me signing for the device came with contract. To cancel early is 375. Beware!

2024-08-23	Ho*****	Absolutely awful it's one of the worst log books to use I can't even get the camera to respond with anything done everything to the directions accordingly it is God awful to use. So if you're not text Savvy or anything like that I wouldn't even mess with this. Check engine lights come on can't even diagnose him since it's got Diagnostics doesn't I don't know what to do it tells you every alert or whatever else you know absolutely perfect if a company wants to completely micromanage their driver

This App is absolutely terrible, the Aware GPS app was so much better, this map is so glitchy it's almost impossible to actually tell where my vehicles are! It's virtually useless. This entire company, there service, apps, customer service, everything...is complete garbage! Go with literally any other company!

2024-07-12	Br*****	DO NOT USE THEM!! Linxup will send you the wrong software and cord. Called them for a replacement for the 6 pin cord to a 9 pin cord. They sent another 6 pin. My truck is supposed to roll out Monday but can't now losing $3,000. Called again today, found out they sent everything wrong minus the camera. Asked for overnight shipping and three months of service free Fair for losing 3k. Management refused, offered two day shipping, and refused to give me more than one month of service on themDONT USE

However, there needs to be improvements to this app. - Cannot edit the GEOFENCES (Says you can, but it doesn't work) - Cannot see satellite view in GEOFENCES - Cannot search in GEOFENCE tab. - Needs ability to see prior/past GEOFENCE activity (When you click on the "GEOFENCE ACTIVITY," It just shows that single activity) - Overlapping or cut-off text in various places throughout the app.

2023-08-03	Ca*****	very bad experience with this company especially with customer service, I bought a device a device at4 for my boat in 2021 and had service like for a year, the promised help with installation diagram was never provided but i managed to get it done, them during the slow season I ended the subscription especially when they sent email saying rate will go up and now several months later I called to reinitiate the subscription and they not only charged me with a fee $45 but hrs later still no signal

2022-05-07	Th*****	Needs alert to notify you of vehicle being towed. Ignition off yet vehicle is traveling. Our fleet trucks get towed all the time and we have no way to get alerts for this in the current system. I love that they added ob2 codes to the alerts. That info is super helpful. Whoever added that AND the info page about the error codes should be given a huge raise. That is very helpful. Please add the towing alerts and this will be the best tracker ever.

Every time you speak to someone every time there's a different story. 2021-11-04	Jo*****	New app and 4g trackers have ruined this service...... constant app problems. Won't stay logged in when it does work. The old app and trackers worked so well. I will probably be discontinue my use of this if they don't get it back together soon. Very unhappy

2021-11-02	To*****	App never gets past the initial loading screen anymore. Before, tracking was delayed and I had to open the app, close it, then open it again to get more accurate location data. One time I was stuck somewhere for a week at the exact same location and I had to do this to show my current location as opposed to where I was at a week and a half prior to when I checked. Something needs to be improved...
