Lintel: Rental Inspections

Lintel helps independent landlords document the condition of a rental, room by room, and keep a clear record of it. Walk through a unit, mark each item, add photos and notes, collect signatures, and create a PDF report you can share.

Built for landlords with 1 to 5 units. No account, no setup, no subscription.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

* Run move-in, move-out and periodic inspections
* Work through a ready-made room-by-room checklist, and add or change rooms and items to fit your property
* Mark each item clean, dirty or damaged, with notes
* Attach photos from your camera or gallery
* Collect landlord and tenant signatures on the screen
* If the tenant isn't there, sign now and collect their signature later
* Create a PDF report and share it with the apps you already use
* Copy a signed inspection to correct a mistake, so the original stays untouched

KEEP IT SIMPLE

* Works without an internet connection
* Large, clear controls, with an optional high-contrast Field mode for bright sunlight
* Optional PIN lock for the app

YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE Everything you record is stored only on your device. Lintel has no accounts, ads or tracking, and we never receive your photos, names or signatures. Because nothing is backed up for you, keep your own copies of the reports you need by sharing the PDF to somewhere you control.

FREE TO START Recording inspections, photos and signatures is always free. You can create and share PDF reports for your first 3 signed inspections at no cost. To export more, a one-time purchase unlocks unlimited PDF reports. No subscription.

GOOD TO KNOW Lintel is a recordkeeping tool. It doesn't give legal advice, and it doesn't guarantee that a report or signature is legally binding where you live. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you record.
