Major recurring problems are missing or broken MQTT/Home Assistant features, unreliable device connectivity and sensor/automation updates, poor documentation/support, and account/installation friction (email verification, login/session and location errors).

Recent reviews

Can be a little tricky at times to set up the MQTT integration but once you have that set up, this integrates well into Home Assistant and other locally controlled platforms. Nice to see an IR blaster that works LOCALLY with Home Assistant. No cloud needed (beyond the initial set up).

Lacks features shown in online promotions. Creators have access to mqtt settings for the IR blaster, but the app itself says it can't do that, and the option is not available. Poorly written instructions and seemingly support. Will update review when app is fully usable. If you don't need mqtt for the IR blaster it seems ok and learns codes well, just don't like being deceived with missing features.
