2023-07-18	Yu*****	Update after 2 years Most of the time does not work properly. Several issues. 1. Please add the option of managing more than one account from inside the app. 2. Most of the time the requests made from the app and website are not executed, and/or the email report is not being sent. Also, too often when trying to add any package it gives a glitch. At the end of the day we call the operator, which is time consuming for both Orange and the client.

When I tried to register a new account, because I do not have a username and password, it loads a new screen showing many fields to register a new account, three fields request scans of official identity documents. I upload the document but then the app loops back to main screen asking for username and password!
