Link4Life Soignants

Link4Life is the application of health commissioning multi-party relationship (patient - physician - paramedic). To caregivers, this app allows you to:
- the creation of shared medical records for all patients. The application becomes the carrier of information, each caregiver, whether doctor, physiotherapist, nurse (AD), etc., can place their medical information (consultation, monitoring, score, imaging, biological analysis, report );
- simplify communication between caregivers through secure messaging (one to one communication, discussion groups, case presentation)
- improve the quality of patient monitoring at home (chronic diseases, post-surgery monitoring) to prevent complications
- improve the quality of consultations and surveillance through the first medical network creative consultation and systematic monitoring and shared with all members of the community Link4Life
