worst matrimony site, they used to call daily before taking membership, and made false promises,after becoming member they don't care, they don't even bother to address our issues. 1.they said they will guide us in updating our profile after becoming member which they didn't do. 2.they asked me to pay for prime gold on that particular day, if I do so they said to upgrade to prime platinum which they never did. 3. they promised to provide some redeemable coupon worth 4500 which never happened.

Worst ever matrimonial app. Have been using since many months. I urge you not to subscribe. Horrible software. Horrible customer support. After uploading photos they are not seen properly to the center of phone screen to others which is a basic requirement. Raised this issue with them multiple times but recieved only casual replies without resolving the issue. There is no customer care team at all!!! DO NOT TAKE MEMBERSHIP AND WASTE YOUR MONEY.
