2025-01-14	Ge*****	Worked great for about 3 weeks than couldn't login with a Account deleted message, rang Zable spoke to a nice lady, tried to get in for about 15mins on phone but couldn't , then she just raised it with technical whatever that means and said there must be issue with app! I would give it 5 stars but I think the app login needs more work and not being able to login to do things is annoying as I can't use my card until I do but other than that, great, but the app can be frustrating when can't login

2025-01-11	Ra*****	couldn't get a loan or card because of bad credit. Zable took a chance on me. they have actually raised my credit score and my credit limit! Thanks Zable. easy to use app and helpful customer service! couldn't fault them. I keep the card for emergencies now

2024-12-28	Ju*****	Trying to action balance transfers. Stuck in loop with stripe hook for verification then closes my barclays app, and says 'it's us not you...' I have lost a whole afternoon. Said my Gmail was no good, I need to use Chrome. Reinstalled twice. This is a joke. UPDATE 28.12 Managed a transfer from a Mastercard. Still no success with Visa though...

2024-12-26	La*****	Awful company. Avoid them & DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! They said I was approved for credit card. I uploaded lots of personal info including drivers licence & bank statements after approval. Then 2 weeks later I've heard nothing from them. My application has disappeared from the app and it says I can't apply for any product for 3 months. Some correspondence from them would have been nice. What's happened to my personal info? What have you done with the documents? Do not trust this company!!!!!!

2024-12-24	Tr*****	an emergency £50 for when you're stretching between paydays, I love the fact you can clear payments early, and it tops up the balance quickly , great for online controls of shopping, limits what you spend so you don't go over your budget. the interest is very low, it's a good plan to have as back up incase unexpected expenses or bills come in

It seems to randomly forget my device and say I'm using a new one (I'm not), refuse to accept facial recognition and insist on me logging in by sending a link via email followed by a second email with a code to enter Put it back to how it was please

2024-12-20	Ma*****	2 stars for not letting me use the app if it hasn't been updated. Maybe stop updating your app every other day. Will be deactivating account as no other bank/credit card app does this. We should always have access to our money.

2024-12-09	Ja*****	if your not stupid and actually pay your credit cards on time and more then the minimum payment you can upgrade your credit score and have a fall back if your a few bob short every now and then always pay it back and youll be fine
