One issue I have is with the app. I have been getting one of the tests for several years by ordering on the app. I just learned there is a subscription option that would save me $30 for the test I use, but I can only find that option on their website. The app isn't giving that option. I wonder how long I've been overpaying...

2025-08-28	Je*****	Test could not be performed since the blood sample had hemolyzed. keep in mind with these tests that blood is supposed to be stored at certain temperatures for certain lengths of time. From collection to shipping to processing your sample will likely exceed the time and risk not receiving good results. I won't order these at home tests again that involve a blood sample.

My test numbers show that I'm under the threshold by any in persons doctors standards except for these "doctors" and don't qualify for treatment. If you have insurance, don't waste your money, just go make an appointment somewhere instead.
