The tests I've used are simple, and the results come quickly. One issue I have is with the app. I have been getting one of the tests for several years by ordering on the app. I just learned there is a subscription option that would save me $30 for the test I use, but I can only find that option on their website. The app isn't giving that option. I wonder how long I've been overpaying...
