Len Dain – Shared and Confirmed Transaction Records

Len Dain is a simple record-keeping app that helps two people maintain a clear, mutually confirmed record of their financial dealings.

It is suitable for shopkeepers, wholesalers, suppliers, distributors, small businesses and individuals managing personal loans, advance payments, rent, shared expenses or everyday transactions.

Instead of relying on memory, rough notes, messages or separate records, both users can review and confirm the same transaction.

How Len Dain Works

Every transaction is created between two registered Len Dain users.

When one user adds a transaction, the other can:

Accept it
Reject it with a reason

Only accepted transactions are included in the confirmed balance.

Rejected transactions remain available with the rejection reason, helping both users review and resolve disagreements later.

Business and Everyday Use

Len Dain can record:

Goods bought or supplied on credit
Payments received or paid
Personal loans between friends or family
Advance payments for products or services
Rent-related transactions
Shared household or group expenses
Amounts receivable from or payable to another person
Other mutually agreed transactions

Len Dain only records information entered by users. It does not transfer or process money.
