2025-03-19	Am*****	got idshield through my work forever ago. it was great for a while and I liked having that bit of extra security but after the last update it just feels useless. I get credit monitoring notifications but get no info. when I go to credit score details it says something went wrong (reload) but it will never reload. fix it please I'm tired of not knowing if the things your companys supposed to be monitoring are actually secure.

Multiple times a day for over a month asking if I really wanted to cancel but they are calling while I am working so I can't answer but they are interrupting my work calls. I have had psycho ex's stalk me less.
