i got this service expecting help not just glorified advice that i could google what they dont tell you is they can't help unless your the defendant and in some cases they still wont regardless of requesting help

The app is fine. Service is mediocre but you get what you pay for. I am also having an issue with cancelling my subscription/account, seems difficult. There's no button to click and whenever you chat in the bubble they just give you a phone number. Not really user friendly. I told them I didn't have the money last month and asked if I could pause my subscription. They gave me a run around about canceling and redoing. I don't even remember, they keep trying to bill my card over an over.
