2026-08-15	Vi*****	I requested help. I haven't received any contact. I have no idea who our Attorney is. We've been paying for a long time. I think it's best to cancel everything. We're paying over $100 a month. No responses, communication. It's very disheartening.

2026-08-14	Ke*****	I recently won a small claims judgment and the debtor refused to appear refused. the debtors examination in the business closed so when the civil bench warrant was issued they were gone. I called LegalShield asking for advice on the next steps and they basically told me my hands were tied and I should hire a debt collector. I asked Google AI (a free service)the same question and they told me better advice giving me the options to find their home address and how to get their bank information.

2026-07-11	T.*****	it's a waste of money I lost a very important case that could have went in my favor if the attorney I was appointed was interested and invested in winning my case she didn't even tell me my options she just acted like she didn't have the time to trouble herself with my case I lost everything because of her.
