2026-07-06	St*****	the email contact address on your emails, gets returned as it is delivered, when I use my email address to login it recognises it I enter the password it comes back to re enter address or password or email, I know my email, you send emaiIs to my email address, am not happy with this experience. please try and address this situation. I would also like to cancel the £5 package it is now not required now. Thank you. update: the £5 was renewed, I have stopped auto + renew, and included both plans.
