Pros

App has a great layout and is easier to use than the web portal for basic usage and billing info.
Customer service agents were described as wonderful and efficient by some users.
The app shows usage stats and billing information clearly.
Better experience when calling the 1300 number, immediate person answered in at least one case.
Support for two SIM cards (data and calling) is appreciated.

Cons

Frequent forced logouts requiring manual re-login every 1-2 days, causing user frustration.
Bonus data and bonus allowances often not displayed or lost, causing confusion and dissatisfaction.
Activation and signup processes are buggy, error-prone, and complicated, leading to failed activations and multiple accounts.
Customer service is mostly unresponsive or ineffective; calls and live chat often ignored or disconnected.
Network and service issues such as frequent call dropouts, no coverage at workplaces, and data connection problems leading to poor user experience.

Update: Data service is down every time I get near and enter my work office. I've tried reporting it by calling Lebara (no one answers), emailing them (two days since and not even a word from them), I even tried over the Online chat (it's been 1 1/2 hours and yet they haven't answered not even once). I got a 360 prepaid plan and not even half-way through it and now I'm stuck with a service I barely use, since it doesn't work at my workplace and at home I use Wi-Fi.

Had to login again after 1 day of use. Doesn't show any bonus data. Pointless app. At least lebara doesn't round data usage up to the next whole megabyte every other minute anymore. Only good for international allowances.
