| 2024-11-21 | Update: Data service is down every time I get near and enter my work office. I've tried reporting it by calling Lebara (no one answers), emailing them (two days since and not even a word from them), I even tried over the Online chat (it's been 1 1/2 hours and yet they haven't answered not even once). I got a 360 prepaid plan and not even half-way through it and now I'm stuck with a service I barely use, since it doesn't work at my workplace and at home I use Wi-Fi. | ||

| 2024-08-06 | Had to login again after 1 day of use. Doesn't show any bonus data. Pointless app. At least lebara doesn't round data usage up to the next whole megabyte every other minute anymore. Only good for international allowances. | ||

| 2024-07-08 | A week of messaging, calling, emailing and no effort by lebara to get my phone to make and receive calls. Totally rubbish support that goes to Indian call centre, when you mention you have a problem they terminate the call rather than put you through to tech support. | ||

| 2024-07-08 | Activating not straight forward. Multiple errors and bugs. Like dob roller keep spinning itself. App crashed. Tried webaite, identify "submit button greyed out, need redo. Gave me a new account number when i used the same email. So now i have multiple account numbera instead of one account with new phone number. | ||

Lebara have recently decided (without warning) to get rid of the extra Small plan at $14.95 per month, leaving the next cheapest option being their Small plan at $24.95. There are cheaper options out there, so I'll be porting my number to a new service provider at the end of the month. | ||

| 2024-01-20 | Had issues porting in to start, Also the live chat in the app has a glitch, the chat is hidden underneath the keyboard whenever you try and type. had had to set the keyboard to floating just to talk with live chat, which had a huge wait time. Porting back out after this month, horrible experience. | ||

| 2023-12-02 | Had difficulties with the Optus tower here and Lebara didn't recognise this was causing my downloads to keep crashing as the strength fluctuated cost me $$. I love the new app with the arrows to change page prior to this it was difficult. And I have the two Sims one for data only both prepaid. Connecting Sim, app trouble,so use 1300 number got a person straight away used Medicare. Wouldn't mind a refund for all the data lost during last 6wks tower issues but that's why I gave 2 star's | ||

Finally sent me an sms with confirmation of verification, however, asked to recharge the card. Sent them a message again, saying the sim is new and I spent 15 aud... no reply. After that bought Vodafone and had the activated sim with Internet within 5 min | ||
