2024-05-27	le*****	App is pretty terrible. Always buffering and the swipe functionality is inconsistent. Back button works 1/100 times. My wife doesn't have these problems with the iOS app. Seems they just don't even care about trying to make a workable product on android

2024-02-16	To*****	We purchased two of the USB sticks, but we're heavily misled by the product description. You are only told afterwards, after purchasing and enquiring that the USB can only contain a very poor quality PowerPoint of a few photos and associated text. This is justified with a load of waffle about safeguarding, but only after the purchase. Contacted the bank after seeing the supporting negative TrustPilot reviews and the fact they recently stopped their phone service. Bank immediately gave refund.

2023-12-19	Fe*****	In my years working in nursery, I don't think I have ever come accross such useless app. You can't add pictures after making an observation and with this so many other features that you can find in famly app for example. As parent watching observation I can say that videos are impossible to watch, they never load and stop continuously, this when you're able to open them otherwise you'll be able to see only a black screen. It must be cheap for a nursery company to get this rubbish.

2022-09-12	Si*****	As others have said, it's very clunky. Not sure if it's my settings, but I don't get any notifications from it, so frequently miss uploaded videos and photos until weeks later. Video playback is dreadful - half the time it doesn't work at all, and when it does the buffering is really slow. The iPhone version, which my wife uses, seems much better - it feels like the Android version is just a really lazy afterthought.

2022-06-08	Al*****	This app is rubbish. You can only upload one picture per entry and video takes awhile to upload. I wanted to buy a book but I needed 15 or so more the patients before I could create a book, but it was at the end of preschool, so I've missed out on buying one.

2021-10-28	Ga*****	Eh, it's ok, but clunky as. Works like a 2010 mobile website, instead of intuitive scrolling, zooming that you'd expect these days. Generally slow especially if trying to view videos. Receive notifications but when you open the app, they aren't visible. It's a great idea but I can feel the neglect, especially as it hasn't been updated since March 2020 and it's almost November 2021 now.
