Videos don't always load, sometimes unable to go back without force closing the app

App is pretty terrible. Always buffering and the swipe functionality is inconsistent. Back button works 1/100 times. My wife doesn't have these problems with the iOS app. Seems they just don't even care about trying to make a workable product on android
