Absolutely terrible. Missing basic features of any tracking water bottle. Can't manually add which is a miss since it doesn't seem like it can track on its own. I can drink a whole bottle and it registers as zero even though it's connected. Spent too much money on a "dumb" water bottle. Be "smart" and fix this

The app doesn't work, it won't update the firmware on the bottles, it connects to the LARQ bottles and seemingly won't do anything else, no tracking, firmware updates don't initiate. And the error message tells you to contact support. 1 week ago, contacted support, no reply. Edit: the app seems to work now and does mostly what it says. Rated 3 star as support was lacking when I ran into issues and lacking full features.
